Based in Emigrant, MT — Serving Paradise Valley & Southwestern Montana

Locally owned & operated(406) 623-9075

Where We Work

Based in Emigrant, in the middle of Paradise Valley — close enough that a drifted-in driveway or a washed-out crossing gets handled the same week, not next month.

We work the length of Paradise Valley and into the surrounding country. Every area below has its own page with the services that place actually calls us for and the local terrain, runoff, and access conditions behind them — or call (406) 623-9075 for a free estimate.

The territory

How Our Service Area Actually Works

Not a radius on a map — three rings that reflect where we are based, where we run routes, and where we travel for the right project.

Core

Paradise Valley

Emigrant, Pray, Chico, and the valley floor from Livingston to Gardiner. We are based in Emigrant, mid-valley, so this is where our response times are shortest and where we run winter routes.

Regular

Park County ends of the valley

Livingston at the north end and Gardiner, Corwin Springs, Jardine, and Tom Miner at the south. Different problems at each end — wind and drifting in Livingston, steep ground and fast water around Gardiner — and we build for both.

Extended

Big Timber & the Bozeman area

Ranch roads and materials out toward Sweet Grass County, and excavation and site prep in the Gallatin Valley. We take these on alongside valley work and are straight with you about scheduling when the drive is longer.

Coverage, Limits & How We Judge a Site

Septic is Park County only

We install and replace septic systems in Paradise Valley and Park County. We do not currently provide septic services in Gallatin County — for Bozeman-area builds we handle the excavation, pads, trenching, and drainage instead.

Remote and hard-access sites are normal

Ranch buildings at the end of a two-track, steep ground above Gardiner, tight lots in Livingston. We size equipment to the access rather than turning the job down — tell us what the road in looks like.

Distance changes scheduling, not standards

Farther jobs get batched sensibly, and we will say plainly when a small job makes more sense bundled with a material delivery or a neighbor’s project. The work itself is built the same either way.

Not sure if you are in range?

Call and ask. If a property is outside what we can serve well, we would rather tell you that on the phone than after a site visit.

What We Bring to Any Property in the Territory

The full crew and equipment travel with the job — these are the same in Emigrant as they are in Big Timber.
